Collaboration for Service Innovation (CSI) – Five organizations serving individuals with developmental and physical disabilities came together to form this collaborative which is undertaking a groundbreaking, data-driven back office consolidation initiative.
College for ME – Androscoggin (C4ME-A) – unites business, education, community and government partners who seek to ensure the future quality of life by dramatically raising educational attainment in Androscoggin County.
Hospice of Southern Maine (HSM) – HSM is a fully integrated, hospice provider that provides the full range of professional and volunteer services, consisting of physical, emotional, and spiritual care with a single purpose of providing and improving end-of-life care.
Literacy Volunteers of Maine (LVM) – provides increased access to literacy services for Maine adults who wish to acquire or improve their literacy skills through a network of providers across the State of Maine.
Maine Cancer Foundation (MeCF) – A grant making organization that meets the need for cancer research, education and patient support programs in the state of Maine.
Maine STEM Collaborative (STEM) – a partnership of individuals and organizations of businesses, government, research, education and nonprofit sectors striving to improve the economic impact of Maine students through better STEM educational opportunities.
Maine Youth Transition Collaborative (MYTC) – builds community support networks around existing local expertise and participation to better meet the needs of older youth transitioning out of foster care.
The Maine Nonprofit Sector Viability Collaboration (NPSVC) – The Collaboration was established by a group of Maine-based capacity building organizations and funders who identified an urgent need to assist Maine nonprofits. NPSVC provides support to the nonprofit sector through a number of programs, including the statewide series of Viability Clinics.
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) – a grassroots, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of everyone affected by mental illness.
Rockland After School Alliance (RASA) – provides after school, vacation and summer programming to Rockland area middle school and high school students and is a collaboration between Youthlinks and MSAD 5.
Southern Maine Agency on Aging (SMAA) – ensures that older people living in southern Maine, especially those who are frail, living alone or have low incomes, receive the support necessary to maintain their independence in the community.
The Stevens Home (TSH) – provides a comfortable home and companionship for elderly residents who wish to maintain their independence with supportive services provided for them.
United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) – UCP specializes in caring for, creating activities and learning opportunities for individuals with disabilities by fostering a belief in a universal design and inclusion for all people.
United Way of York County (UWYC) – strengthens community by bringing people and resources together to address our most important issues across York County; focus on collaborative initiatives and family financial stability.
Washington County Children's Program (WCCP) – works with children with special needs and their families to create optimal environments in which children can grow, focusing on prevention and early intervention, and increasing the community's awareness of its children's possibilities.
