With a ready smile and an easy laugh, Deb's calming presence and clear thinking make even the most daunting work seem manageable. Currently Director, Organizational Development at Hannaford Brothers, Deb has held several positions in her 17 years working in their Human Resources arm, including Disability Manager, Head of Southeastern United States Operations and Special Projects Liaison for the Human Resources Information System. Her current role is her favorite.
